- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes while you prepare the Brussels sprouts.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) until evenly coated.
- Transfer the seasoned Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Once they’re crispy and caramelized, serve immediately!
